I have successfully engaged in a 20-year career in a global professional services organization where I held a variety of leadership roles including managing partner, client business partner and human resources officer. Within this organization, I helped to strategically grow the company while managing a variety of complex changes and situations. As a female leader, I enjoy collaborating with women leaders to support their growth and development. It is my belief that women and men need to collaborate more to bring true effectiveness to their work.  Over the years, I have managed various teams where I facilitated global, cross functional groups enabling deep quality and impact. My work with clients as a coach and facilitator, allows me to use the depth and breadth of experience I have to help others accomplish their goals. My background in consulting, hospitality, financial management, and business adds to the value I bring to the individuals I work with.
