Lead yourself and others to new heights of growth and success.
When we respond impulsively, we often make inaccurate assumptions about what another person is needing or expressing. When we pause, listen to understand and clarify their needs, then we can find a more collaborative way of moving forward together. Working with others takes time and patience. Sometimes going slower will get us to the best desired outcome faster.
To be able to work in this way, we need to have a clear understanding of ourselves. What is our own bias that may be getting in the way? Who is the person we want to be and what needs to be done to get there? How can we be humble and set our egos aside? This is often the hardest step and one that is overlooked.
In our individual lives, we are faced with daily challenges within ourselves and with others. Coaching is a way of looking at the challenges and fears in the present so you can move forward in new and different ways. As a coach, I provide an outside perspective to your mindset and behaviors that may be getting in the way. We explore together the areas of your life that you feel aren’t serving you anymore. We also explore such things as why this is important to you now, what you have tried so far and who can support you in your development.
— Initial conversation to connect and discuss the current situation.
— Proposal with timelines, process, milestones, and cost.
— Deep dive including interviews with stakeholders to gain various perspectives.
— Establish clear outcomes and expectations meeting regularly to create the desired change.
Whether you are a member or leader on the team, each person plays an important role in the team dynamics. Teams are in a constant cycle of change and go through many stages. This often results from new members joining, a high-stakes project deadline, or a sense of inequality across the group. As with individuals, teams also need support to move through these stages.

Whether you are stepping into a new management position or continuing to manage others, leaders need support in order to support others. Strategically, it is important for the leader's objectives to align with the organizational goals. For leaders, leading others can feel overwhelming.
Let’s work together to identify how you find balance and joy in your role as a leader.

What are examples of goals people work on?
Coaching is about creating change through action. If you are ready to change and willing to work hard to achieve it, then coaching can work for you.
How do I know if Coaching is right for me?
Coaching is a collaborative process where we work together to build strategies to get you where you want to be in the future. Coaching is different than consulting (providing solutions), mentoring (supporting job performance), and counseling (offering therapy).
What is Coaching?
To ask questions, listen closely, share observations, and provide feedback as a way of supporting you on your journey. It is not to provide you the answers or solutions. This is the role of the coachee to explore and discover.
